BURGERA with team CUQ FC from Argentina has been selected as the Manager of the Week here at the All Stars League.
As usual, we interview him to know more about himself, his objectives and his own motivations.
ASL: You have been selected as the Manager of the Week at the All Stars League. In your opinion, what was the main factor to achieve it?
B: Follow up and training of every player on a solid team.
ASL: In your opinion, what is the strength of your team?
B: Youth hungry of glory and the oldest complementing and forming the group, adding a very good training.
ASL: What tactic do you prefer to play?
B: 3-4-3 because it makes the team very offensive.
ASL: What do you think that have more influence in a match result?
B: The tactic is a main factor because it defines itself a team.
ASL: What is the special skill that you prefer?
B: Inteligent, i think with several inteligent players, like the ones that constitute my own team, can achieve several types of attack.
ASL: How do you check the other teams in your divison?
B: It's a very balanced and competitive group, with 2 teams clearly superior, but very balanced in general.
ASL: How do you discover Xpert Eleven?
B: Through a colleague at work we created our own league, the first team was Burgera, then i entered in the world league with FC Internazionale, and finally i was invited to this league where i found a great team like CUQ FC.
ASL: How do you see yourself as a player in the All Stars League?
B: Agressive, always a fighter, like a good rugby player, a man that never surrenders.
ASL: What is your team main objective in the All Stars League?
B: My objective is build the best ASL team and based on that the results and championship will appear by itself.
ASL: How do you classify the competition and the interest in All Stars League and what would you like to change or improve?
B: It's one of the best leagues that i've played and i'd add a Cup competition in the middle of the week.

2. Cum ai descoperit Xpert Eleven?
Prin M@d@nciu. 3. Ce te atrage cel mai mult la acest joc? Care crezi ca sunt atuurile sale?
Nush... Imi plac jocurile gen manager, nu e primu xpert eleven. Atuuri? E foarte bine pus la punct cu exceptia meciului la care nu poti participa.
4. Ti-ai facut prieteni pe X11? Dar inamici? Ce parere ai despre comunitatile on-line in general?
Dap. Am prieteni. Dusmani nu prea pt k probabil n-am avut timp sa imi fac. Am abia 6 luni in jocul asta.
5. Daca ar fi sa alegi intre un loc in lobby si trofee, care ar fi prioritar?
Nush, cred k trofee.
6. Cat de mult timp petreci pregatind un meci? Care crezi ca e cel mai important lucru de care trebuie sa tii cont cand pregatesti o tactica?
Depinde... O jumatate de ora/o ora. Cred k forma conteaza cel mai mult.
7. Care crezi ca e cea mai importanta calitate speciala? Dar cea mai distructiva?
Inteligent/ inconstant in evolutii.
8. Care a fost momentul care ti-a adus cele mai multe satisfactii in X11?
Acum am deocamdata perioada mea culminanta. Pt k n-am avut timp sa fac performante in 6 luni+ k am fost si banat o data.
9. Cat de des citesti Huila Daily [siteul nostru]? Ce iti place si ce nu? Sugestii?
Destul de rar. Nu ma prea pricep la acest capitol.
10. Ce crezi ca lipseste ligii noastre in acest moment? Ce imbunatatiri ai aduce?
O cupa lipseste. As pune o cupa si as adauga premii VIP. 11. Un mesaj de final pentru cititori...

As usual, we interview him to know more about himself, his objectives and his own motivations.
ASL: You have been selected as the Manager of the Week at the All Stars League. In your opinion, what was the main factor to achieve it?
P.13: No doubt the reason is that i always study my rivals, so i can prepare a good team and cancel their strategies... sometimes it works and sometimes not, but so far so good!
ASL: In your opinion, what is the strength of your team?
P.13: Despite the best players with higher skills and experience are in the defense, the midfield is the key of my team... i have there the lowest skilled players but with good qualities and in good shape, and rarelly play below their skill level.
ASL: What tactic do you prefer to play?
P.13: I like a lot to play 3-4-3 very ofensive, a team to score many goals, but unfortunatelly i cannot play with it very often as i don't have proper players to support it.
ASL: What do you think that has more influence in a match result?
P.13: In my opinion it is the game tactics in my own club Newspastel United F.C with few resources, and it's better than to offer prizes, and i prefer the team in good shape which is essential... and luck, of course, can also interfere but rarely your own results are purelly luck.
ASL: What is the special skill that you prefer?
P.13: Depending on the player position, in the defense i like them fast and with good heading... to prepare better the strategy accordingly to my rival team and how it plays i try to got an idea if i can play by side lines or deep through the center, and with intelligent midfielders with good shooting, by obvious circunstancies.
ASL: How do you check the other teams in your division?
P.13: I always check the last 3 matches... i look to see if they lock my game organiser and so i change it, i check their formations, i check their game styles, if they prepare against other teams and so i prepare my own team formation accordingly... basically is just like that.
ASL: How do you discovered Xpert Eleven?
P.13: I discovered it through friends, in a private league among friends... it was not a good team but it was very competitive. In the first season i started in Division C, i managed to reach Divison B and now i'm in Division A. I got interesting leagues as i was helped a lot by the game rulings and my friends at proper moments.
ASL: How do you see yourself as a player in the All Stars League?
P.13: With plenty of imagination and speedy as in reality! LOL!
ASL: What is your team main objective in the All Stars League?
P.13: I'm currently in a competitive division, and i trust a lot in my team preparation skills so i expect to reach first place... hopefully it will happen!
ASL: How do you classify the competition and the interest in All Stars League and what would you like to change or improve?
P.13: I think it's all very nice up to now... i hope it keeps just like that.

In primul rand, felicitarile mele pentru ca ai ajuns managerul saptamanii. Acesta a fost unul din obiectivele tale?
Buna seara in primul rand din partea mea. Multumesc, si ca sa raspund si la intrebarea, nu, nu a fost unul din obiectivele mele. Obiectivul este clar cresterea jucatorilor. Astfel de meciuri precum cele doua din deplasare sunt foarte utile jucatorilor nostri de 16 ani. Ei pot invata multe inca de pe acum, iar la o varsta mai inaintata pot arata ca sunt cei mai puternici.
Acum sa incepem interviul propriu-zis. Pentru a te cunoaste mai bine ceilalti din liga, ce ne poti spune despre "asistentul" nostru? Care sunt hobyurile tale , cu ce te ocupi, ce vrei sa faci pe viitor...
Bun, ma bucur ca incepem asa, intram in paine. Ei bine, "asistentul" vostru nu este doar un asistent. Eu sunt aici pentru a va asculta, deci daca aveti probleme, daca se ia cineva de voi puteti apela la mine cu incredere, voi analiza situatia cu destula impartialitate. Hobbyurile mele sunt actoria, sahul si nu in ultimul rand fotbalul. Ma ocup cu ceea ce se numeste in ziua de azi Scoala. Sunt elev al Liceului Teoretic Mihai Eminescu din Petrosani, iar ceea ce priveste viitorul meu sper ca acesta sa ma gaseasca pe scenele unui mare teatru din Romania.
Cum ai descoperit acest joc si ce tea atras cel mai mult la el?
L-am descoperit cu ajutorul unui prieten. Printr-un mass parca, "cine vrea sa fie manager intr-un joc?". Ce sa ma atraga? Faptul ca este un joc de fotbal. Daca e vorba de fotbal atunci ma descurc si imi place.
Dintre toti cei care i-ai adus aici, de cine esti cel mai multumit? Dar dezamagit?
Sa intelegeti si voi aceasta intrebare, Cristian_rey2007 a adus cel putin urmatorii manageri: Alex_aly, Flo_darklord, Adisan, Cliu, Cristianu si daca ma mai gandesc, mai gasesc, insa acestea sunt cei mai importanti.
O sa mai gasesti destui, insa ia-i specificat pe cei mai importanti. Alex_aly este si el un microbist inrait si se vede, pentru ca este un manager serios. Flo_darklord - eroare totala. Adisan - s-a vazut ca eu l-am adus, a ajuns bine. Cliu nu prea mai joaca iar Cristianu si fratele sau au afaceri de familie, buni manageri amandoi.
Ai inceput sa intelegi jocul acesta cel mai mult datorita lui Flory_steaua23. Ce ne poti spune despre acesta si ce ai adauga tu in plus la acest joc?
Flory e cel mai tare manager pe care l-am recunoscut. Cat sunt pe x11 voi recunoaste ca el m-ia deschis ochii in Xperteleven. Acum l-am intrecut, sunt mai bun ca el si asa va fi mereu. Doresc astfel sa-i urez succes sa revina in top 10. Bafta Flory. Ce poti adauga unui joc asa frumos? E bine asa cum e.
Care este cel mai mare succes al tau si care este cea mai mare dezamagire a ta?
Cel mai mare succes este atingerea locului 14 in topul romanilor, iar cea mai mare dezamagire este participarea in Euro Elite unde nu a fost chiar cum ma asteptam.
Ce parere ai despre aceasta liga si despre adminul acestei ligi?
Liga este una buna spre foarte buna. Cand va ajunge la excelenta vom fi cei mai buni, pana atunci mai avem de lucrat la capitolul calitatii manageriale. Adminul este unu slab, ar trebui schimbat, nu prea le are el cu x11. Sa ma puna pe mine admin si o sa vedeti liga in top 3 in mai putin de o luna. Bafta M@d@nciule.
Un raspuns ciudat... sunt curios cum va reactiona Mada 
Pot sa continui cu multe intrebari, insa prefer sa fac doar o serie de 8 intrebari pentru MOTW. Deci, acesta este finalul interviului. Multumesc pentru aceasta discutie, mica dar folositoare. Acum nu iti cer sa le transmiti un mesaj "sec" managerilor din liga, ci sa le dai cateva sfaturi pentru a intelege mai bine acest joc.
Pfff sfaturi? Invatati fotbal fartilor si totul va merge ca pe roate, stii fotbal stii x11. Bafta tuturor. multumesc frate, bafta si tie.
In primul rand, felicitari pentru nominalizarea de manager al saptamanii. Cum este sa fi cel mai bun manager din aceasta saptamana in liga?
Este o onoare pentru mine sa fiu primul in aceasta divizie si sper sa fiu aici mereu.
Ce ne poti spune despre tine?
Sunt o persoana modesta care stie sa comunice sa sa fie placut de altii.
Cum ai descoperit acest joc?
De la un prieten foarte buncare m-a convins sa intru in acest joc frumos.
Ce planuri ai cu aceasta echipa pentru acest sezon?
Vreau ca echipa sa joace din ce in ce mai bine si daca se poate sa promovam, daca nu sa formez un grup unit si o echipa puternica pentru sezoanele viitoare.
Care crezi ca este cel mai bun manager din seria ta? Dar din intreaga liga?
Eu cred ca toti managerii sut buni in felul lor, dar depinde de noroc ce rezultae vor obtine.
Ce parere ai despre conducerea ligii?
Am o parere foarte buna si sper sa faca o treaba foarte buna in continuare
Daca ai fi admin in aceasta liga, ce ai aduce in plus pentru manageri?
O comunicare buna si intelegere

- SKILL 5 in 3 luni petrecute in liga.
